An adult male kidnapped a teenage girl near the 12000 block of Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, yesterday, October 14. The male allegedly forced the girl to accompany him to Gardena against her will. The girl was rescued following an investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's department.

The victim was located in Gardena through meeting the adult male near the initial incident location. Local law enforcement swiftly responded, rescuing the victim, and detaining the suspect, Chance Willis, a 42-year-old resident of Gardena.

Now Willis has been arrested for kidnapping and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center. His bail is set at $250,000.
