
Mayor Karen Bass of Los Angeles has announced another city-wide career fair. As posted on the Mayor's Office Twitter account, it was confirmed that the Department of Public Works (LACityDPW) will be hosting the fair on November 2. Both part-time and full-time positions will be available throughout the city, providing residents with opportunities to improve their financial status.

Full-time and part-time positions are open within the City and access to computers will be available for applicants that are ready to apply.

Los Angeles is taking steps in combating unemployment rates and socio-economic challenges. The city aims to employ the disadvantaged by providing them with various opportunities. The event will be held between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., offering a broad range of fields for diverse job-seekers to apply. In order to lessen the digital divide in the job market, computers will be provided for applicants. All interested candidates can register online to participate.
