
Yesterday, a structure fire ignited at 9306 N Woodman Avenue, Arleta neighborhood in Los Angeles. The fire compromised a one-story, single-family dwelling, according to The Los Angeles Fire Department's (LAFD) official alert page.
Firefighters quickly initiated an offensive operation. In only 22 minutes, they managed to extinguish the fire.
The LAFD website's report confirmed that everyone from the household was safe upon the arrival of the firefighters. However, the whereabouts of the family’s pet dog were unknown. The dog was later located unharmed and reunited with its owners.
Post-fire, a 15-year-old girl was medically evaluated due to to concerns of possible smoke inhalation.
The incident was initially reported to the LAFD at 10:25 p.m. by a local 9-1-1 call. The rapid response by the firefighters demonstrates their commitment and readiness, which proved instrumental in preserving both lives and property.
