A physical description of Cubias was circulated; a 5-foot man weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and last seen in a blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes. Sheriff-Coroner of San Bernardino County, Shannon D. Dicus, issued instructions to those with information about Cubias' location to contact the police.
