As detailed in the LASD's Nixle alert, Jubari Douglas is a Black male, 5-feet-9-inches tall, and weighing 130 pounds, with braided black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown, and the severity of his autism adds to the concerns about his well-being and the urgency of finding him.
