On October 12, the Pasadena Police Department's Street Crime Unit (SCU) initiated an investigation into narcotics distribution. The result, as per the Pasadena Police Department's Facebook page, was the identification and arrest of a narcotics supplier operating in both Pasadena and Los Angeles.
The arrested suspect is being actively supervised under Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and federal probation for past narcotics-related offenses. During the compliance check of the suspect's house in Los Angeles, SCU detectives engaged with the suspect and his girlfriend, on parole for fraud. A search yielded narcotics and weapons, leading to multiple charges against both individuals.
