Early on Saturday, October 21, a collision between a silver Toyota Prius and a semi-truck on Highway 395 offramp at NB 15 freeway necessitated temporary shutdowns, leading to traffic disruption. Victor Valley News Group informs that the Prius first collided with the center divider before being hit by the semi.
The San Bernardino County Fire Protection District along with the California Highway Patrol promptly reported to the scene. Preliminary reports indicate no severe injuries, though the accident's cause is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol – Victorville Station.
A separate accident also took place in the same area, involving a motor home and another semi-truck. This incident resulted in minor damage and did not cause traffic disruption. However, traffic continued to be dense in the area until 10 a.m due to the primary accident.
