Today, the Santa Monica Police Department successfully located missing local, Josefa Moreno, eliciting relief from the community. The Santa Monica community showed unity during the incident, coming together to assist in the search, as per Santa Monica Police Department.
Josefa Moreno had last been seen around 6pm, yesterday, launching into an urgent search led by local law enforcement. Moreno, believed to be on foot and using a red cane was identified by her yellow sweatshirt and brown pants, and found with the help of the people of Santa Monica through social media appeals.
