
Luis Beltran, a suspected domestic violence offender, was arrested on Thursday, October 5th, in San Bernardino, shedding light on the ongoing issue of domestic violence.
The authorities took him into custody following his assault on a former romantic partner, according to a recent press release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department.
Beltran, a 30-year-old San Bernardino resident is facing charges for a previous domestic violence offense involving the same victim.
The press release reports that the latest incident allegedly involved him striking the victim on the head to cause injury, dragging her to another room, and breaking her phone as she tried to call 911. Authorities also found that the convicted felon Beltran was in possession of, a handgun and a rifle.
