A late-night DUI accident took place in the Sea Ranch Area on SR-1, resulting in the tragic death of a one-year-old infant and the injury of a 4-year-old child. The 19-year-old driver was intoxicated and had an unsecured firearm at the time of the accident.
He now faces charges including felony driving under the influence, gross vehicular manslaughter while DUI, child endangerment, and related firearms charges, according to the CHP Santa Rosa press release.
