A 35-year-old cyclist tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run incident in Van Nuys, Los Angeles earlier today. The police reported that the suspect's vehicle is an older light-colored sedan, which struck the victim and then dragged him for about a mile, according to ABC7 news report.
