Yesterday, at approximately 6:31 PM, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on 7900 N Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys, resulting in an entrapment situation and three injured individuals. The Los Angeles Fire Department promptly responded to the incident and successfully extricated one trapped passenger from the wreckage as per LAFD alert.
Upon evaluation, it was found that a female passenger trapped in one of the cars had collided with a light pole and was critically injured according to LAFD update. The female driver of the same vehicle sustained serious injuries and the male driver of the other vehicle sustained moderate injuries.
All three injured individuals were quickly transported by paramedics to a nearby regional trauma center for further treatment. The specific details about their ages and affiliations have yet to be disclosed. The Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Traffic Division is currently investigating this accident.
