Bruxie, an Orange County-based chain revered for their innovative waffle sandwiches, is set to open a new location on Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach. According to Long Beachize, the grand opening is planned from October 27 to 31. The new restaurant replaces the former Chronic Tacos location, which shut its doors in June.
The plans for Bruxie expansion are in operation under CEO Scott Grinstead's leadership, adding to established branches in Orange, Brea, Costa Mesa, Santa Monica, North Hollywood, El Segundo, and Athens, Georgia.
The grand opening promises patrons an opportunity to enjoy Bruxie's unique take on waffle cuisine. As detailed on their Facebook event page, those visiting during the first weekend will receive complimentary soft drinks with each sandwich or salad purchase. Children dressed in Halloween costumes will get a free small custard, making the event a family-friendly gathering. Attendees can expect a cordial and welcoming atmosphere, with chances to mingle with fellow locals.
