Yesterday, 44-year-old Chino resident, Edmundo Alarcon was arrested on charges of sexual penetration of a minor under duress. The victim alerted authorities to an ongoing relationship with Alarcon from November 1, 2022, through July 14 in which they were manipulated into performing unlawful sexual acts, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department.
The Chino Hills Police Department proceeded to serve a search and arrest warrant at Alarcon's residence, also on October 31. After his arrest, Alarcon was booked into the West Valley Detention Center on the mentioned charges.
Investigators speculate that there may be additional victims due to Alarcon owning two distinctive replica vans. These vans include a Chevrolet designed after the television series "The A-Team" and a Volkswagen model from the "Scooby-Doo" cartoon. To shed light on the case, authorities invite potential victims or those with information to come forward.
