As reported on the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Facebook page, he has been categorized as an at-risk missing individual due to the required daily medication for his diagnosed medical and mental health conditions.
Local authorities have released information that Meng is 5'6" tall, weighs 160lbs, and has brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue pants at the time of his disappearance. Meng's family and the community continue to wait anxiously for updates on his condition.
