The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) requested the public's assistance on November 2 to locate Mathew Joseph Richter. Richter, a 22-year-old white male, vanished from the Los Angeles region close to Florence Avenue and Avalon Boulevard on September 27th. Publicly addressing their concerns, the LASD provided his physical attributes and additionally reported that Richter's family was deeply worried about his state, as posted on their Facebook page.
The public is urged to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of Mathew Joseph Richter.
