On Monday in Long Beach Boulevard, the Long Beach Police Department reported that a man, described only as an adult male suspect, barged into a local business around 4:18 a.m., attempting to lift several items, before a fiery scuffle broke out with a man working at the business. The suspect discharged his firearm multiple times after fleeing the scene on foot.
According to the official post of the LBPD on X, the suspect, whose identity remains a mystery to authorities, exchanged blows with the victim, yet the confrontation didn't prove deadly. Thankfully, the victim walked away with injuries that weren't life-threatening and, astonishingly, waved off medical treatment. The suspect's information is still under investigation.

"The preliminary investigation indicates a male adult suspect entered a business and attempted to steal several items before being stopped by the male adult victim in a physical altercation," the Long Beach Police Department stated. The pursuit of justice marches on as the police dig deep, trying to uncover the suspect's identity and bring him to account.
