Last Saturday, local firefighters in Hesperia, Southern California, responded to an active fire in an abandoned structure. They managed to promptly control and extinguish the blaze, ensuring the safety of the community according to a Facebook post by the San Bernardino County Fire.
The operation to handle the fire incident required cooperation between the San Bernardino County Fire team and the City of Victorville. A nearby hydrant was used, resulting temporarily in the closure of Main Street. The structure was extinguished successfully within twenty minutes to ensure it was contained inside the original building.
The cause of Hesperia's fiery incident remains under investigation by the Office of the Fire Marshal.
