Yesterday, a significant discovery was made in downtown LA. Following a report of firearm discharges in an apartment complex, the police apprehended a man, identified as 39-year-old Roy Allen Henson, and secured his collection of weapons, according to Fox LA.
Responding to early Sunday gunfire reports on Olympic Boulevard and South Olive Street, officers came across an extensive collection of undefined ghost guns, ammunition, and tactical gear, as reported on ABC 7.
Neighbors had reported Henson's erratic behavior to police leading to the building being evacuated for safety measures. A suspicious object requiring bomb squad intervention ultimately turned out to be a replica grenade.
Henson was charged with firearm discharge and gross negligence following his arrest. Nevertheless, he was able to secure his release on a $35,000 bond, as per Fox LA.
