Long Beach Police Department (CA) issued a missing person alert for 64-year-old Quentin Farrell Nelson yesterday, who was last seen on the 5900 block of Paramount Boulevard at 12:30 p.m. This prompted city-wide efforts to find Nelson, an at-risk individual with cognitive issues, as posted on their Facebook page.
The call for help from the public quickly led to the Long Beach Police Department update at 8:00 p.m. that day, stating Quentin Farrell Nelson had been located safe and unharmed. Officers were able to quickly find the missing man, easing worries for the community and bringing relief to Nelson's family and friends.
