On November 5, Chino Hills deputy located an occupied stolen vehicle on the 12100 block of Ramona Avenue, believed to be related to recent thefts in Los Angeles. The vehicle was reported stolen, enabling officers to arrest Los Angeles fugitive, Diego Palacios, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department.
The 30-year-old Palacios was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
