Wednesday evening, 45-year-old Encarnacion Ibarra was tragically shot in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department's South Bureau Homicide Detectives are working diligently on identifying the perpetrator(s) of Ibarra's death, according to the LAPD Newsroom.
The LAPD Newsroom reports that officers were alerted to a "Shots Fired" call yesterday, around 11:30 p.m., near the intersection of 23rd Street and Ellendale Place. On reaching the site, they found Ibarra in his parked car with multiple gunshot injuries. Despite the efforts of the Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics, Ibarra didn't survive the attack.
The ongoing investigation is concentrating on identifying those responsible for Ibarra's death. The suspect(s) currently, remain unidentified. The tragic loss of Ibarra calls for attention towards the prevailing gun violence in the society.
