On November 4, a crime occurred in Thousand Oaks where three male juveniles were stabbed. The incident unfolded at an apartment complex on the 800 block of Saint Charles Drive, according to a Ventura County Sheriff's Office news release. The victims, found near the community pool area suffering from moderate to severe stab wounds, were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. They are all expected to make a recovery.
The circumstances around this violent event are to yet be resolved, as investigations continue to ensue. As mentioned on the same news, witness accounts suggest five to six male suspects fled the scene before law enforcement arrived. While all suspects remain at large, combined efforts of local law enforcement, including Thousand Oaks Special Enforcement Unit, Thousand Oaks Investigations Bureau, and the Thousand Oaks Directed Enforcement Unit, are helping to actively make progress in the case and solicit public assistance where possible.
