Late that day, Mr. Kennard was seen for the last time on the 17500 block of Elizabeth Lake Road. He had on a beige sweatshirt and blue denim shorts. He measures 5'11" tall, weighs 170 lbs, sports blonde hair and green eyes, and wears glasses. A distinguishing feature is a rose tattoo he has on his right shoulder. He suffers from memory loss, a condition escalating the urgency of the situation according to the LASD.
He was last spotted driving a red 2016 Toyota Corolla with California license plate 9FBF582.
