Earlier today, a white SUV hit a group of pedestrians in Valencia, California, after performing errant maneuvers on the road. The hit-and-run incident, which caused minor injuries, was caught on camera outside the Valencia Town Center, sparking discussions on the ramifications of driving under the influence, as reported by ABC7 news.
The incident occurred outside the Black and Blue restaurant at approximately 1:45 a.m. Witnesses state that the driver, a female, lost control while performing donuts and crashed into pedestrians along with the restaurant's patio wall. Around six people were harmed, but it has not been disclosed whether any of the victims required hospitalization, according to KTLA 5.
Police arrested soon, the driver and another woman on charges of driving under the influence. Crucial evidence, including the car's front bumper and license plate left at the scene, helped in identifying the suspects, as per ABC7.
