The DeKalb County Police Department is urging anyone with information about her disappearance to come forward. Nieng was last seen on November 15, leaving the vicinity of the 500 block of Rays Road. She has black hair and black eyes and was last seen dressed in a black and white striped shirt paired with black and white plaid pants.
