A 192‑unit affordable housing complex called The Hamilton is rising on Atlanta’s Westside at the former Seven Courts site near the Hamilton E. Holmes MARTA station.

City Council rezoned nearly 14 acres in Capitol View, clearing a path for roughly 3,032 homes and a Beltline connector trail. The approval follows months of hearings and a DRI review.
