Field sobriety tests confirmed the suspicions of intoxication, with Livas' condition seemingly twice above the legal limit. The results of breathalyzer tests, which were a staggering 0.188 and 0.198, reinforced this. A statement released by the Precinct 4 described Livas' condition and the ensuing legal measures.
