Authorities have clapped cuffs on a man accused of the heinous crime of sexually assaulting a child in Harris County, Texas. Following a tip-off on the whereabouts of Christian Black, wanted on a warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, officers from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit moved swiftly to track the suspect down.
On Tuesday, December 19, a meticulous investigation led deputies to a residence in the 2900 block of Aspen Fair Trail. With a warrant service conducted, Black was found and detained at a nearby residence, shortly confirming his open warrant. As executing the warrant, the area was secured, but not before ensuring no risk was posed to the local community.
The arrest was a coordinated effort showing the dedication of Herman’s team to take alleged child predators off the streets. "Christian Black was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $100,000.00 out of the 351st District Court," said Constable Mark Herman in a statement posted to the official Precinct 4 Facebook page.
