A deadly shooting erupted outside a southeast Houston club early Sunday morning, leaving one man dead and four others injured, Houston Police confirmed. Gunfire broke out following a dispute among a group of young males near the Gulf Freeway and Glenvista Street. The clash turned tragically fatal at approximately 3:20 a.m., as Isaiah Parker, 20, was found critically wounded on the feeder road; efforts to save his life were unsuccessful.

According to KPRC 2, Parker's siblings had recently shared a holiday moment with him before the incident. "We took a picture there. I left early because I have to work today. Didn't know that was going to be the last time I was going to see him," his brother, Stephen Nelson, said. The altercation seemed to involve at least two individuals who then proceeded to fire their weapons, leading to Parker's ultimate demise and wounds for at least four others.

Witnesses reported seeing five males hastily depart from the scene in a blue 2015 Toyota Tundra, which later turned out to be stolen. As reported by ABC News, four of these individuals were subsequently dropped off at a local hospital, suffering from gunshot injuries. Three of the injured face non-life-threatening injuries, while one remains in a more critical condition.

Houston Police Assistant Chief Megan Howard delivered further details, indicating that the police are still on the hunt to find the fifth male and the purloined truck, encouraging anyone with information to come forward. The wanted truck carries Texas license plate JLX0756. Authorities are also piecing together whether the event held at the club that evening has a direct connection to the perpetrators or victims of the shooting.
