Two men have been cuffed in connection with a violent rumble that erupted on the streets of Harris County last week, authorities said. The scuffle, which included gunfire, broke out in the 14400 block of Ella Boulevard on December 21, according to the office of Constable Mark Herman.
Deputies arriving at the chaotic scene detained Rigoberto Hernandez and Jefferey Rodriguez, who were later found to have assaulted the complainant. Amid the brawl, another suspect fired shots, adding to the tumult but remains at large as investigators strive to pin down an identity.
In a statement secured by the Constable's Facebook page, Herman detailed, "Rigoberto Hernandez and Jefferey Rodriguez were arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Assault. They received a $2,000.00 bond each out of County Court 2." The pursuit of the triggerman continues unabated as part of the ongoing investigation.
