Expressing their gratitude, the authority credited alert neighbors for their quick action in calling emergency services. The combined efforts of the multiple agencies helped in containing the damage and ensuring the safety of the community. "Thanks to all the neighbors who called 911 to alert us of the fire," the fire authority stated.
While the inferno was doused efficiently, the cause of the fire remains a mystery. Investigations are in motion to uncover what ignited the fire, with updates to be provided as they become available. The effective coordination between the fire departments was instrumental in preventing the blaze from spreading beyond the garage, protecting both property and peace of mind for the homeowners.
Authorities continue to underline the importance of community vigilance and the critical role it plays in emergency response. "Thanks to @WestminsterPDCA, @HBFD_PIO, & Fountain Valley Fire for assisting," the OC Fire Authority further added, acknowledging the teamwork that underpinned last night's successful operation.
