Cooper, known for his straight brown hair and blue eyes, has been missing since October 23, according to a public plea issued by the LASD.
Officials highlighted that Cooper was last heard from near the busy intersection of Santa Monica and San Vicente Boulevard in West Hollywood. He was last seen donning a black shirt complemented with a black hat raising fears about his well-being as days turn into a chilly December.
