Constable's Patrol Nets Four on Charges Involving Stolen Car, Guns, Drugs in North Freeway

In a decisive crackdown by local law enforcement, a group of individuals was arrested on December 30, 2023, after deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office, engaging in the Holiday Patrol Initiative, spotted and pulled over a freshly stolen car on North Freeway. The detainees, identified as Kendrick Joseph, Desmond Pacheco, Delvion Raleigh, and Bernadette Kanneh, were carrying an illicit cargo of stolen guns, drugs, and burglary tools according to the Constable's official update on Facebook.

It was noted by the authorities that amidst the season's festivities, the stolen vehicle was seen in broad daylight in the 16000 block. The deputies' swift action led to the detention and subsequent identification of the suspects. Found in their possession were stolen firearms, various narcotics including 3.86 grams of Cocaine, Xanax, Anabolic Steroids, and over two ounces of marijuana, in addition to instruments indicating involvement in the vehicle's theft.

The implications of this arrest have raised serious concerns about the spread of illegal activities in the area. Constable Mark Herman said, "They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail." Delineating the charges, the constable detailed on the Facebook post, "Kendrick Joseph was charged with auto theft, possession of a controlled substance, and felon in possession of a firearm. His total bond was set at $15,000.00. Desmond Pacheco was charged with auto theft, received a $5,000.00 bond, and was out on a $100.00 bond for unlawful carry of a  weapon."Additionally, Delvion Raleigh and Bernadette Kanneh were found to have open warrants for misdemeanor theft and felony aggravated assault, respectively.
