Four Arrested Following Restaurant Disturbance and Police Chase in Northwest Houston

A late-night ruckus at a local restaurant escalated into a police chase and multiple arrests, according to Harris County authorities. Deputies responded to a disturbance at Bombshells on Tomball Parkway, where a physical confrontation among four men had broken out.

The incident occurred on January 23, when officers were called to the scene. Upon their arrival, they witnessed two of the individuals attempting to flee on foot. These suspects, identified as Miguel Banda and Nygil Jones, were apprehended after a brief chase, Constable Mark Herman's Office reported. The other two suspects, Leroy Martinez and Adam Wensil were also detained.

An investigation into the fray disclosed that Martinez and Wensil had assaulted Banda, who then drew a firearm and discharged it skyward. All four suspects were taken into custody and now face a slew of charges. Constable Mark Herman stated, "They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Miguel Banda was charged with Carrying a Weapon Where Prohibited and Evading Arrest. Nygil Jones was charged with Evading Arrest. Leroy Martinez was charged with Aggravated Assault and Adam Wensil was charged with Assault. Their bonds and court information have not been set at this time." 

The aftermath of the altercation has landed the quartet in the Harris County Jail, with bond amounts and court dates yet to be determined. As the investigation continues, the specific circumstances that led to the dispute and subsequent arrests remain under review by authorities. Despite the threat of violence, no injuries were reported in the aftermath of the confrontation at the Northwest Houston eatery.
