Harris County Constables Arrest Woman on Felony Drug Charge Amidst Disturbance

Harris County constables cuffed a woman wanted on a felony drug charge, officials said.

The arrest unfolded on January 11 when a corporal from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to reports of a disturbance on the 12500 block of Autumn Mill Drive. There, law enforcement encountered Elizabeth Treider, the woman linked to the commotion. While resolving the disturbance, it transpired that Treider had an unresolved score with the law, an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, according to a statement released by the precinct.

"Elizabeth Treider was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the open warrant. Her bond has not set at this time out of the 338th District Court" Constable Mark Herman disclosed in a press briefing. Details surrounding the circumstances of Treider's alleged possession at the time of her warrant issue remain undisclosed. Nevertheless, her apprehension punctuates the constabulary's diligence in maintaining the order.
