Harris County Deputies Apprehend Man With Outstanding Warrant After Tip on Suspicious Behavior

A call about a suspicious person lurking on Treaschwig Road led Harris County deputies straight to a wanted man earlier this week. Authorities received the tip on January 9 and promptly descended on the scene.

Once they ran a routine check, it was clear Cunningham wasn't just another face in the crowd. The deputies, operating under Constable Mark Herman's Office, discovered Cunningham's name on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Mischief. According to Constable Herman's Facebook post, the suspect didn't manage to evade justice this time.

"Stephen Cunningham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 16." the Constable's Office confirmed.
