A routine traffic stop turned into a significant bust for Harris County deputies this past weekend when they arrested a man with outstanding warrants for serious charges. According to an announcement by Constable Mark Herman on Facebook, deputies pulled over a vehicle on January 2, along Cypresswood Drive, where they encountered driver David Raglin.
Upon making contact with the Raglin, law enforcement officials discovered that the man was no stranger to the legal system. He had an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Misdemeanor warrant for Assault emanating from Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The warrants indicated that Raglin was a wanted man, and his luck had run out.
Raglin was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Harris County Jail, where he faces the consequences of his alleged past actions. Details regarding the specific controlled substance connected to the felony warrant have not been disclosed.
"David Raglin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His total bond has not been set at this time out of the 177th District Court," Constable Mark Herman stated.
