In a routine traffic stop gone right, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office nabbed a man with a felony warrant on Thursday. The stop, located in the 11100 block of Skybird Drive, resulted in the identification and subsequent arrest of Cesar Rosales, confirmed by a Facebook post by the Constable's Office.
Upon stopping the vehicle for an unspecified traffic violation, deputies discovered that Rosales was far more than just another driver on the road. He was wanted on an open felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. With a warrant in hand, having gained knowledge of it through further investigation, deputies took Rosales into custody.
Herman's office wasted no time in delivering justice, stating directly, "Cesar Rosales was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for his warrants. His bond has not been set out of the 262nd District Court." The current status of Rosales in the judicial system is pending, as mentioned in Harris County Constable Precinct 4 post.
