In their relentless pursuit, deputies managed to strategically spike the tires of the fleeing vehicle. They then executed a Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuver to safely disable the car. Chief Deputy Lee applauded the deputies' actions with a post on X.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez weighed in on the success of the operation as well, taking to X to recognize the collective effort that led to the arrest. "Great teamwork leading to the arrested of a wanted felon. The team works hard every day to keep our community safe. Outstanding!" the Sheriff's post read
