A man was nabbed by law enforcement for allegedly riding dirty in Harris County, cops said. Aidan Allnut was pulled over by deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office during a routine traffic stop on January 11, 2024, in the 4900 block of FM 1960 Road, according to official reports.

The roadside investigation quickly turned south, as deputies claim to have discovered a cocktail of drugs, including Xanax, Oxycodone, Marijuana, as well as a pair of handguns and a shotgun stashed in Allnut's vehicle. Allnut found himself cuffed and thrust into the back of a squad car, headed straight to the Harris County Jail.

In a statement posted on Facebook, Constable Mark Herman declared, "Aidan Allnut was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carry of Weapon." The specifics of Allnut's bond and court details have yet to be hammered out at the time of writing.

Herman's office yet has to release further details on how much of the substances Allnut allegedly had, or why deputies decided to initially to stop his vehicle in the first place. Whether Allnut has obtained legal representation or if he has a prior criminal record is also currently under wraps. Allnut now awaits his next encounter with the justice system, as the gears of the legal process slowly grind forward.
