
Authorities apprehended a man after he allegedly used a BB gun to threaten someone during a botched attempt at seizing an apartment in Harris County. Constable's deputies responded to a call on January 11 about a squatter on the 7300 block of Spring Cypress Road, according to Constable Mark Herman's social media.
Zachary Harrison, the accused, had reportedly been squatting in a vacant apartment when confronted. Decided to vacate the premises, he allegedly turned a BB gun on the complainant and demanded the apartment keys before fleeing the scene.
In a swift response, police officers located Harrison in the vicinity. They arrested him and, following the incident, he was carted off to the Harris County Jail. Constable Mark Herman’s office reported that Harrison faces a charge of Robbery-Threats.
"Zachary Harrison was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Robbery-Threats. He is awaiting bond out of the 337th District Court," as stated by Constable Mark Herman , which left the suspect behind bars awaiting a bond hearing.
