Chaos on a Houston street led law enforcement directly to a wanted man. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a disturbance on Monday in the 10900 block of Mist Lane and made an unexpected catch.
Arriving on the scene, they identified Harvey Gause as the individual causing the commotion. A subsequent check revealed more than just a local ruckus; Gause had an open felony warrant hanging over his head.
Reportedly, the warrant was for a robbery—an allegation that now sees Gause behind bars. In the words of Constable Mark Herman, "Harvey Gause was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open felony warrant. He is awaiting bond out of the 232nd District Court." This was about a statement on Facebook put forth by the precinct.
