
Tensions flared on Mossey Pines Court as constables slapped cuffs on a man for peppering his landlord with inappropriate messages, officials said. In a statement provided on January 22nd, Constable Mark Herman's Office detailed the events leading up to Thomas Brown's arrest. It was on January 21, when deputies were called to the scene after Brown's landlord reported receiving the unsolicited texts.
The suspect, identified as Brown, was quickly detained and hit with a charge. "Thomas Brown was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassing Communication. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 12." Herman stated on his official Facebook page.
Details around the nature of the messages that sparked this disturbance were not immediately disclosed.
