Humble Man With Pending Warrant Nabbed by Deputies at Walgreens Disturbance

A routine disturbance call escalated when deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office nabbed Clarence Elliott, who turned out to be a wanted man. The deputies responded to the fracas at a Walgreens in Humble on January 10.

According to the official Precinct 4 Facebook page, the deputies were called to the store located at the 8500 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West. Upon arrival, their investigation quickly took a turn when they identified Elliot as the man causing the disturbance, and soon discovered an open warrant for his arrest for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

"Clarence Elliott was arrested for the traffic warrant and placed in Harris County Jail. His bond and court information have not been set at this time," as stated by Constable Mark Herman in the post. The precinct's Facebook shared the news on January 11, the day after the arrest was made.
