Chaos erupted on the East Freeway when a man was shot during what authorities believe may have been a road rage incident. Harris County deputies were called to the scene in East Harris County, after reports of gunfire in the 13800 block, according to a post by Sheriff Ed Gonzalez on X. The male victim was rushed to the hospital and is said to be in fair condition.
