Michigan State Police are actively seeking the public's help to identify three men accused of playing a part in a sexual assault at a Walmart store. The incident, which unfolded at the Garfield Township Walmart on December 19th, involved a woman shopping in the produce section and occurred as she had her back turned, according to CBS Detroit.

The unnamed woman reported that during the assault she felt one of the men violate her. Promptly after the incident, she informed the store management who were able to quickly retrieve and provide security footage showing the suspects to authorities. Michigan State Police confirmed to WPBN/WGTU that the "brief assault" was also captured on this footage.

Investigators released descriptions and are searching for further leads. The suspects were seen leaving the scene in a white, early 2000s model Chevrolet Silverado with a crew cab, as outlined in all three reports. The authorities urged anyone who might have information to step forward.

Michigan State Police are now relying on the public's memory and moral compass to possibly identify the vehicle and the suspects involved in the assault. "Take a look at the photos below, and call the MSP Traverse City Post if you have any information at 231-938-0714," they urged in a statement published by 9&10 News.
