
Chaos erupted in Houston as gunfire rang out near 3000 Alabama Street. South Central CST officers were patrolling the scene when they heard the shots and spotted a vehicle speeding away. A high-speed chase ensued, leading to four suspects abandoning their car and attempting to flee on foot, as reported by the Houston Police on X.

The police managed to apprehend three of the suspects shortly after the foot pursuit. One of the fleeing suspects managed to evade capture, leaving three in custody as officers swept in. During the incident, Houston Police were assisted by TSU PD and Pct. 6 Constables, who helped recover three firearms, one of which was modified to fully automatic capabilities.
In the aftermath, an adult male victim of the shooting was transported to a nearby hospital by private vehicle. Despite his injuries, he is expected to recover. The Houston Police Department is actively investigating the violent incident as they piece together the events that transpired.
With only three suspects in custody, the Houston Police continue to search for the fourth suspect, urging anyone with information to come forward.
