Los Angeles foodies, mark your calendars for a new Italian dining experience as Tortellino, led by singer-songwriter turned restaurateur Andreas Galiano, also known by his stage name Andi Krush, is set to open its doors on Melrose Avenue. What Now Los Angeles reports that the spot located at 7168 Melrose Ave will cater to pasta enthusiasts Monday through Saturday, promising a delectable array of tortellini, other pasta selections, and salads from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a potential expansion of the menu to include wine and beer in the future.

The 22-year-old gourmet of Sicilian descent, whose German upbringing was steeped in the traditions of his father's successful Italian restaurant, shared his enthusiasm for the venture, "I grew up in the restaurant business, My father had a successful Italian restaurant in Germany for 40 years and I’ve always had a passion for good Italian food because of that, I think it’s a really cool thing to be able to carry on that tradition here in Los Angeles," in an interview with What Now Los Angeles.
