Harris County law enforcement's regular traffic stop turned into a significant arrest when a Deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office pulled over Donald Moore on January 3.
"Donald Moore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond had not been set at this time out of the 177th District Court." says Constable Mark Herman.
Further checks unearthed that Moore was loaded with two open felony warrants for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance, leading to his arrest and confinement in the Harris County Jail, as per a Facebook post by Precinct 4.
